Two longitudinal beams with orientation to be the garden and pool were planned in this villa located on an almost flat plot in Sol de Mallorca. This beams are connected by a two-storey central wing, creating a living area which goes over two floors with a height of 6.25 m. The living is directly connected to the dining area and the open kitchen. The entrance, the stairs and two bedrooms with a bathroom are located in the left, near the double garage, kitchen with utility room. A cellar and a fitness room with sauna are located in the right, together with a small bathroom. Access to the master bedroom with bathroom is via a galleria. An office is located in the upper floor. The minimalist sliding glass doors, which are embedded deep into the floor, reach a height of 3.30 m in the living area with a frame width of only 2 cm creating a fine ornamentation.
